Crosstown Appraisals provides residential real estate valuations for most purposes, primarily the mortgage lending industry.  Approaching 12 years of appraisal experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, we have acquired the knowledge and experience necessary to provide competent, independent and objective appraisals to assist you with your real estate and mortgage lending needs.  We focus on personal service, technical expertise and common-sense analysis.  Our specialty is the residential appraisal, but also have experience in vacant land, condominiums, 2-4 unit and small-income investment dwellings.  We are FHA approved and ready to assist in your transaction.

The appraisal process generally takes a few working days, but special needs can usually be accomodated.  Every appraisal is by default treated as a "Rush!".  Status updates are provided daily.  We communicate other issues and potential problems as soon as they arise, at every stage of the process.  Our prices are competitive and reasonable.
